# Value Added Tax Act 1983 (repealed 1.9.1994), Paragraph 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 1(1) of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968 after the words “income tax" there shall be inserted the words “value added tax".
