# The Value Added Tax (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2012, Regulation 15: General amendments


In regulation 34 (correction of errors), in paragraph (3) for “see regulation 25 and Schedule 1 Forms 4 and 5” substitute “see regulations 25 and 25A and the relevant forms specified in a notice published by the Commissioners”.
