# The Value Added Tax (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2012, Regulation 2: Citation and commencement


(1) Regulations 1, 2, 3, 9 and 17 come into force on 1st October 2012.
(2) The remaining regulations come into force on 15th October 2012.
