# The Value Added Tax (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2012, Regulation 8: General amendments


In regulation 10(1) (VAT representatives)—
(a) for “on the form numbered 8 in Schedule 1 to these Regulations” substitute “in the form specified in a notice published by the Commissioners”; and
(b) for “in that form” substitute “in that notice”.
