# The Value Added Tax (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 1999, Regulation 3


In regulation 24 after the definition of “insolvent person” there shall be inserted—
““investment gold” has the same meaning as that expression has for the purposes of Group 15 of Schedule 9 to the Act;”.
