# The Value Added Tax (Amendment) (No. 5) Regulations 2009, Regulation 15: Repayments to European Union traders


Omit regulations 182, 183 and the words “and repayment claimed” from the sub-heading immediately preceding regulation 181 and the words “false, altered or” from the sub-heading immediately preceding regulation 183.
