# The Value Added Tax (Amendment) (No. 5) Regulations 2009, Regulation 8: Form 12: “Value Added Tax EC Sales List”


For Form number 12 in Schedule 1 to the Regulations substitute the Form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
