Coming into force 1st June 2007
The Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs make the following regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 26AB (4), (5) and (6), 26B (1), (4) and (9) and 58 of, and paragraph 2 (1), (3A), (3B), (7) and (10) of Schedule 11 to, the Value Added Tax Act 1994:
