# The Value Added Tax (Amendment) Regulations 2019, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the House of Commons 27th June 2019
Coming into force 1st September 2019
The Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 2(10)(b) to (e) and (11) of Schedule 11 to the Value Added Tax Act 1994.
