Article 8

after sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (2) there shall be inserted the following—

“(bb)

a supply to which the provisions of article 7(4) of the Value Added Tax (Input Tax) Order 1992^f1 applied;”;

sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph (3) shall be deleted; and

paragraph (4) shall be deleted.
