The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 3(5),18(1), 18(2), 18(3), 18(4), 18(5) and 18(6) of the Vaue Added Tax Act 1983f1 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
