# The Value Added Tax (Education) (No. 2) Order 1993, Introduction: Introductory text


This Order has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1993/763 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

Made 22nd April 1993
Laid before the House of Commons 23rd April 1993
Coming into force Forthwith
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 17(2) and 48(6) of the Value Added Tax Act 1983 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order—
