# The Value Added Tax (Finance) (No. 2) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Value Added Tax (Finance) (No. 2) Order 2008.
(2) This Order shall come into force as follows—
(a) article 2 on 30th September 2008; and
(b) the remainder on 1st October 2008.
