  • “alphabetical code” means the alphabetical prefix as set out below which shall be used to identify the member State—

  • France — FR

  • Germany — DE

  • Greece — EL

  • Ireland — IE

  • Italy — IT

  • Luxembourg — LU

  • Netherlands — NL

  • Portugal — PT

  • Spain — ES

  • United Kingdom — GB.”.
