  "text": "VALUE ADDED TAX\nApproved by the House of CommonsMade 8th February 1995\nLaid before the House of Commons 9th February 1995\nComing into force 2nd March 1995\nWhereas the Treasury consider it desirable to make an order under section 28 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994 in the interests of the national economy:\nNow, therefore, the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 28(1), (2), (4) and (5) of the Value Added Tax Act 1994 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:",
