# The Value Added Tax (Small Non-Commercial Consignments) Relief (Amendment) Order 2016, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Value Added Tax (Small Non-Commercial Consignments) Relief (Amendment) Order 2016 and comes into force on 1st January 2017.
