# The Value Added Tax (Special Provisions) (Amendment) Order 1995, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 30th March 1995
Laid before the House of Commons 31st March 1995
Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 32(1), (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) and 37(1) of the Value Added Tax Act 1994 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
