  "long_title": "These Regulations, which come into force on 1st July 1996, amend the Vegetable Seeds Regulations 1993 so as to implement Commission Directive 96/18/EC (OJ No. L76, 26.3.96, p.21) amending various Council Directives on the marketing of seeds and propagating materials. The maximum seed lot weight for seeds of broad bean, French bean and pea is increased to 25 tonnes.",
