  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations.)\nThese Regulations implement as respects Northern Ireland Commission Directive 96/18/EC (O.J. No. L76, 26.3.96, p. 21) amending Annex III to Council Directive 70/458/EEC (O.J. No. L225, 12.10.70, p.7) on the marketing of vegetable seed as amended.\nThese Regulations, which come into operation on 23rd August 1996, amend the Vegetable Seeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994 to increase the maximum seed lot weight for seeds of broad bean, French bean and pea to 25 tonnes.",
