Regulation 5 Amendment of regulation 4 of the principal Regulations

In regulation 4 (seeds to which the regulations apply)–

(a)

in paragraph (1) for “Subject to paragraph (2) and (3) below” there shall be substituted “Subject to paragraph (2) below”;

(b)

paragraph (2)(b), (c) and (d) and paragraph (3) shall be omitted.
