# Vehicle and Driving Licences Act 1969, Section 34: Orders and regulations.

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Any power to make . . . regulations conferred on the Minister by this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument; and any statutory instrument made by virtue of this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
(2) . . . any regulations . . . made under this Act . . . . . . may—
(a) make different provision for different circumstances;
(b) provide for exemptions from any provisions of the . . . regulations; and
(c) contain such incidental and supplemental provisions as the Minister considers expedient for the purposes of the . . . regulations,
