# The Vehicle Emissions Trading Schemes (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2025, Article 15: Amendment of article 28 (payments: CRTS)


(1) Article 28 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2)—
(a) at the beginning of the opening words, insert “Subject to paragraph (2A),”;
(b) for “£15,000” substitute “£12,000”.
(3) After paragraph (2), insert—
“(2A) For the 2024 scheme year, the payment amount in respect of each of the matters mentioned in paragraph (2)(a), (b) or (c) is £15,000.”.
