Article 17 Amendment of article 30 (expiry of CRTS allowances and CRTS credits)

Article 30 is amended as follows.

(2)

In paragraph (1)—

(a)

omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (c);

(b)

after sub-paragraph (c), insert—

“(ca)

converted into part of a VRTS credit pursuant to a trade under article 25A;

(cb)

converted into part of a VRTS credit in accordance with article 55A; or”.

In paragraph (2)—

(a)

omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (a);

(b)

after sub-paragraph (b), insert—

“(c)

converted into part of a VRTS credit pursuant to a trade under article 26A; or

(d)

converted into part of a VRTS credit in accordance with article 55B.”.
