  "text": "(1) Article 61 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (3)—\n(a) after “the first non-participation scheme year through” insert “exchanging in accordance with article 23A or 67, or”;\n(b) after “article 57” insert “or 57A”;\n(c) for “that article” substitute “those articles”.\n(3) In paragraph (5)—\n(a) after “the first non-participation scheme year through” insert “exchanging in accordance with article 55, 55A or 55B, or”;\n(b) after “with article” insert “25A, 26A,”.",
