  "text": "(1) Article 62 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (1)—\n(a) omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (c);\n(b) after sub-paragraph (c) insert—\n“(ca) converted into CRTS credits in accordance with article 23A;\n(cb) converted into CRTS credits pursuant to a trade under article 57A; or”.\n(3) In paragraph (2)—\n(a) omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (a);\n(b) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—\n“(c) converted into CRTS credits in accordance with article 23B; or\n(d) converted into CRTS credits pursuant to a trade under article 58A.”.",
