Article 37 Amendment of article 36 (measuring activity in the CCTS)

In article 36, for paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2)

For the purposes of this article, the number of grams of CO₂ per kilometre emitted by an NZE car is the specific emissions of CO₂ of the car, with that number having been—

(a)

if applicable, reduced in accordance with paragraph (3); and

(b)

if applicable, corrected in accordance with Article 13(3) of Regulation (EU) 2019/631 (lack of correspondence of CO₂ emission and fuel consumption values).”.
