Paragraph 18

In sections 101(8) and 111(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, for the words “the Vehicles (Excise) Act 1971” substitute “ the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 ”.

In paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 12 to that Act, for paragraph (f) substitute—

“(f)

by its being used, or kept, on a public road within the meaning of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 without a licence under that Act being exhibited on the vehicle in the manner prescribed by regulations under that Act.”
