  "text": "In section 24(4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1991, in the definition of “fine”—\n(a) in paragraph (a), for the words “section 8(1) or 18(4) of the Vehicles (Excise) Act 1971” substitute “ section 29 or 37 of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 ”, and\n(b) in paragraph (b), for the words “section 9, 18A or 26A of the said Act of 1971” substitute “ section 30, 36 or 38 of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 ”.",
