  "text": "In section 8(5) of the Severn Bridges Act 1992, for paragraphs (c) and (d) substitute—\n“(c) a vehicle which is exempt from vehicle excise duty under—\n(i) paragraph 6 (ambulances),\n(ii) paragraph 19 (vehicles for use by or for purposes of certain disabled people), or\n(iii) paragraph 20 (vehicles used for carriage of disabled people by recognised bodies),\nof Schedule 2 to the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994,”.",
