In regulation 40 (issue of trade plates)—

(a)

in paragraph (2) the words “, and one of the trade plates shall include a means whereby the licence may be fixed to it” are omitted; and

(b)

in paragraph (4) the words “and that plate shall include a means whereby the licence may be fixed to it” are omitted.
