# The Vehicle Excise and Registration (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2014, Paragraph 15


(1) Schedule 4 (statutory off-road notification) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1(1), in the definition of “the required declaration”, the words “a person surrendering a vehicle licence or” are omitted.
(3) Paragraph 3 is omitted.
(4) Paragraph 7 is omitted.
