# The Vehicle Excise and Registration (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2014, Paragraph 4


In regulation 12(2)(c) for paragraph (ii) there is substituted—
“(ii) satisfies the custodian that a vehicle licence is in force for the vehicle;”.
