# The Vehicle Excise Duty (Reduced Pollution) (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 5: Amendment of the Vehicle Excise Duty (Reduced Pollution) Regulations 1998


In regulation 12(2), for the words “regulation 10(3)” in both places where those words occur there shall be substituted “regulation 10(1)”.
