Regulation 6 Amendment of the Vehicle Excise Duty (Reduced Pollution) Regulations 1998

After regulation 12 shall be inserted the following—

“Replacement Certificates

12A

At any time when a reduced pollution certificate is in force in respect of a vehicle the Secretary of State may, on surrender of the certificate or its identifiable remains, issue a replacement certificate for the remainder of the period for which the surrendered certificate was in force.”
