Regulation 3 Applications for reduced pollution certificates

(1)

An application for a reduced pollution certificate in respect of a vehicle shall be made to the Secretary of State.

(2)

The Secretary of State shall fix the time when and the place where an examination for the purpose of determining whether a reduced pollution certificate should be issued is to be carried out and shall inform the applicant accordingly.

(3)

The Secretary of State may by notice in writing to the applicant alter the time or place fixed for the examination, but shall not alter the time to an earlier time without the consent of the applicant.
