# The Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2001, Article 2: Commencement


The following provisions of the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 shall come into force on 2nd January 2002:
(a) section 38;
(b) section 43 for the purposes of paragraphs 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Schedule.
