  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force all of Part I, save for section 8, of the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 on 21st October 2002. Part I provides for the regulation of motor salvage operators by introducing powers to require motor salvage operators to register with local authorities and to keep records.",
