  "text": "The following provisions of the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 shall come into force on 17th September 2002—\n(a) section 32;\n(b) section 33;\n(c) section 43 for the purposes of paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Schedule to that Act.",
