# The Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2002, Article 2


Part 2 of the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 shall come into force on 1st December 2002 to the extent necessary to enable the Secretary of State to make regulations.
