This Order brings into force on various dates Part 2 of the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 which sets up a system for registering suppliers for registration plates in England and Wales. The powers to make Regulations are brought into force on 1st December 2002 and other provisions on 1st January and 1st March 2003.
