# The Vehicles Regulations (Amendment) Order 2010, Regulation 2: Amendments to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999


The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999 are amended by inserting, in regulation 38(6)(a), after “a valid passport”—
“or a valid identity card issued under the Identity Cards Act 2006”.
