# The Vehicles Regulations (Amendment) Order 2010, Regulation 3: Amendments to the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) Regulations 2005


The Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) Regulations 2005 are amended by —
(a) inserting, in regulation 4(2)(b), after “a current passport” —
“or a valid identity card issued under the Identity Cards Act 2006”; and by
(b) inserting, in regulation 4(4)(b)(i), after “passport”, “or a valid identity card issued under the Identity Cards Act 2006”.
