  "text": "(1) The Act of 1847 (except sections 6 to 26, 31, 48, 53, 66 to 68, 79 to 98 and 101) so far as applicable for the purposes of and not inconsistent with this Order, is incorporated with and forms part of this Order.\n(2) In construing the provisions of the Act of 1847 as so incorporated—\n“the special Act” means this Order;\n“the harbour, dock or pier” means the harbour;\n“the undertakers” means the Council;\n“vessel” has the meaning given by article 2 (Interpretation) above;\n“rates” includes mooring rates and fees.",
