# The Ventnor Harbour Revision Order 1994, Article 37: Jurisdiction of justices


For the purposes of this Order and of any byelaw made under this order, the jurisdiction of the justices of the peace for the county of Isle of Wight shall extend throughout the harbour and its approaches.
