  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order authorises the South Wight Borough Council (“the Council”) to construct a new solid jetty adjoining the esplanade at Ventnor, defines the area of jurisdiction of the Council as harbour authority for the harbour of Ventnor, repeals the local legislation governing the harbour and confers on the Council powers in modern terms to manage the harbour.",
