In regulation 9 (certificate to be given to investor)—

(a)

in paragraph (3)(b) for “paragraph 1(9) of Schedule 15B” substitute “section 261(3)”; and

(b)

in paragraph (3)(c)—

(i)

for “Part I of Schedule 15B” substitute “Chapter 2 of Part 6”, and

(ii)

for “paragraph 2 of that Schedule” substitute “section 264”.
