# The Venture Capital Trust (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 11: Amendments to regulation 22


In regulation 22 (return containing particulars of investments)—
(a) in paragraph (2)(b) and (c), (3)(b) and (5)(c) for “section 842AA” substitute “Part 6”;
(b) in paragraph (4)(a), (b)(ii) and (e)(iv) for “subsections (5) and (11) of section 842AA” substitute “section 278”;
(c) in paragraph (5)—
(i) in sub-paragraph (a) for “subsection (2) of section 842AA” substitute “section 274”; and
(ii) in sub-paragraph (b) for “subsection (4) of section 842AA” substitute “section 274”.
