Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and effect

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Venture Capital Trust (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into force on 29th December 2016.

(2)

These Regulations have effect for each specified period ending on or after 31st December 2016.

(3)

For the purposes of this regulation, “specified period” has the meaning given in regulation 22(2) of the Venture Capital Trust Regulations 1995^f1.
