  "heading": "This Act to take effect in all parishes in which its adoption has been notified.",
  "text": "In any parish in which public notice of the adoption of this Act in the manner as aforesaid shall be so made and given, this Act shall immediately become the law for electing vestrymen and auditors of accounts of the said parish in manner herein-after mentioned.",
