  "heading": "Duty of inspectors.",
  "text": "After the close of the said ballot the aforesaid inspectors shall proceed to examine the said votes, and if necessary shall continue the examination by adjournments from day to day, not exceeding four days, Sunday excepted, until they shall have decided upon the persons, duly qualified according to the provisions of this Act, who may have been chosen to fill the aforesaid offices.",
